These terms explain how you use internationaldrivers.com. By using our site or buying our translation services, you agree to these terms. Our translation is not a government-issued IDP, and you need a valid local driver's license to use it. Please read the full terms before using our services.

2. Who Can Use This & How

2.1 You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid national/domestic driver's license to apply.

2.2 Our service provides a multilingual translation of your existing driver's license. It is not a government-issued IDP and does not by itself allow you to drive anywhere.

2.3 You agree to follow all relevant local and international traffic laws, including the UN Conventions on Road Traffic (1923, 1943, 1949, 1968) where they apply.

3. How You May Use Our Site

3.1 Use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Break any laws or violate others' rights
  • Use our content for unsolicited marketing
  • Harass, impersonate, or defraud others
  • Send malware or viruses, or try to compromise the website's security

3.2 Misuse may lead to account suspension or other action.

4. Country Restrictions

4.1 Our services are not available to residents or users in:

  • South Korea
  • North Korea
  • Japan
  • Taiwan
  • Mainland China

4.2 Applications from these jurisdictions will be automatically declined, unless explicitly allowed in writing.

5.1 All site content (text, graphics, code, etc.) belongs to Software Compiler Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark.

5.2 You may not copy, republish, or reuse any content without our permission.

6.2 Where the law allows, we are not responsible for:

  • Any loss from relying on our translations

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

10.1 Contact Us First

If something's wrong with your order or our services, please contact us first at hello@internationaldrivers.com so we can try to sort it out quickly.

10.2 How We Handle It

When we receive a complaint or dispute, we'll look into it and get back to you in a reasonable time. We may offer clarification, a correction, replacement, or a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

10.3 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Disputing a charge with your card company without contacting us first can slow things down and doesn't guarantee a different result. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve issues.

10.4 Working Together

You agree to give us accurate information and work with us in good faith during any dispute, including providing supporting documents if we ask.

10.5 Which Laws Apply

Disputes about our services are governed by the laws of Singapore, as set out in Section 8 of these terms.
